The Italian Multiple Sclerosis Society (AISM) is the only organization in Italy that addresses every aspect of multiple sclerosis (MS), in an overall perspective that goes from the rights of people with MS to health and social services and through orienting, promoting, and financing scientific research.
Description
AISM request had the goal to enhance the campaigns of individual fundraising for one’s birthday. Fundraising for such an event was launched using Facebook, with very good results indeed.
The organization asked Purelab to create a campaign with the following goals / requirements:
- Analyse the customer journey
- Create a concept including a naming easy to identify
- Produce customized materials to promote the campaign
- Support the process of creating the campaign of individual promoters / supporters through tools easy to use
- Make integration services available via a chatbot
