Funnel mobile first to raise regular and one-off donations
ActionAid is an international, independent organization that works in more than 45 countries and that, together with the poorest communities, acts against poverty and injustice.
Description
The organization asked Purelab to implement a new funnel and to create UX and UI of a new strategy called “ActionAid Mobile First”.
Goals included:
- Improving the performance of the forms for regular and one-off donations
- Improving user’s experience and encouraging to complete donation procedure
- Revision of the functional and structural aspects of the current funnels
